Our Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you change your mind, you have 14 days to return an item after receiving it. Please note: after these 14 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
Return Policy
In order to process your return properly, we kindly ask you to ensure that:
· The item is in exactly the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags still attached and neatly in its original packaging.
If upon return it appears that the item shows signs of use, damage or stains, we reserve the right to refuse the return and return the item to the customer.
Please note: If the seal or hygienic packaging has been broken, we unfortunately cannot process your return.
This mainly applies to products such as personal care products, underwear, electronics with protective film, or other products where hygiene is essential.
Return costs are always the customer's responsibility, unless the product was delivered defective or shipped incorrectly. In that case, we will, of course, cover the costs. Always choose a traceable shipping method for returns; lost shipments without track & trace are non-refundable.
You include the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Returns without proof of purchase, incomplete return forms, or items that do not meet our return policy will not be processed and will not be refunded. We reserve the right to return items that do not meet our terms.
How do you start a return?
Please contact us at contact@relivefootwear.com to register your return.
Once we've approved your request, we'll send you a returns form with clear instructions on how and where to send the package.
Please do not return items without first contacting us and receiving approval, as we will not be able to process them.
Returns without prior email approval will not be accepted, and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Important for international returns:
When choosing a shipping method for your return, please keep in mind that you, as the buyer, are responsible for smooth customs clearance.
Please choose a shipping method that allows you to handle any customs procedures, not one that requires us as the recipient.
We are not responsible for additional customs fees or returns rejected by our warehouse due to incorrect or incomplete customs clearance by the sender.
Responsibility for proper shipping, sufficient postage, traceable shipping, and proper customs declaration lies solely with the sender. Packages without traceable shipping or insufficient customs documentation will be refused or not credited. Any customs fees will not be reimbursed.

Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?
Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you accidentally received the wrong item, please let us know immediately at contact@relivefootwear.com.
To help you as quickly and efficiently as possible, please send us a photo or short video of the problem (for example, the defect or the incorrect item) and, if applicable, the packaging you received.
This information allows us to properly assess the issue and share it with our supplier to continue improving quality and prevent future issues.
Once we've checked and confirmed the problem, we will, of course, immediately provide a suitable solution.
Depending on the situation and your wishes, we can, for example, send you a replacement item or refund the full purchase price.
Exceptions (Items you cannot return)
Some items are unfortunately non-returnable. These include:
• Perishable items (such as food, flowers, and plants).
• Custom-made or personalized items.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the seal or packaging has been opened or damaged.
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
• Sale items.
• Gift cards.

Exchange
Want to exchange an item for a different size or color, for example?
The fastest way is to return the original item following the steps above. Once your return is approved and processed, you can easily place a new order for the desired item.
This way, we can help you faster and the product will be available again immediately for other customers.
Please note: in this case, you will be responsible for the return costs and shipping costs for the new order.
If you choose to exchange, you will be responsible for both the return costs and the shipping costs for the new product.
Your Right within the EU, Legal Reflection Period
Our 14-day returns policy is in line with the statutory right of withdrawal within the European Union.
This means you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, provided the goods were shipped to an EU country.
The item must also be in perfect condition (unused, with tags, in its original packaging) and you will need proof of purchase.
Refund
Once we receive your return and inspect it within 7 business days, we'll send you a notification.
We'll also let you know if your return has been approved.
If everything is in order, we'll automatically refund the purchase amount within 5 business days using the payment method you originally used. Please note that it can sometimes take some time for
your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for the amount to appear in your account.
