1. When will my order be shipped?
Thank you for your order! As soon as you place an order, we'll get to work on it right away. Our standard processing time is 2–4 business days from the date of your order. During this time, your order will be carefully assembled, checked, and prepared for shipment.
Exceptions: During extremely busy periods (such as holidays) or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing time may sometimes take up to 5 business days . We ask for your understanding and assure you that we will do everything we can to send your package as quickly as possible.
Shipping confirmation: You will automatically receive an email with a shipping confirmation and a track & trace code as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
Please note: Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, further processing is beyond our direct control.

Shipment marked as 'delivered'
If the carrier marks a shipment as 'delivered' but you haven't received anything, please contact us within 7 days . After that, we will no longer be able to investigate or file a claim with the carrier.
